Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
